What the girlies have been doing while Trav harvests.

Anytime I point the camera at Paige, I get this smile.

I love her "piggy-buns" as Anna calls them!

Last week we were invited to our friend's lake place on Couer d'Alene Lake. Anna, Paige, and I headed up in the morning. We spent all afternoon swimming, watching movies, going on a boat ride to see the Pittman family, and just relaxing. It was great fun.
Grace & Paige.
I don't think we'll put this in the senior slide show when they graduate!

Anna & Ella.
These two girls love princesses more than anyone I know!
Watching Beauty and the Beast.

Jumping off the piling.

Kelley, Karly, and me.

Paige & Trav having a chat. Although I didn't take any pictures of it, Paige rode with Trav in the truck during harvest. Every time he would honk, she would make a honking noise. And, he said each time he'd wave, she'd put up her little hand to wave at the other truckers.
I'll try to get a video of her "honking".
BTW, is it called "honking" when you are in a Freightliner? It seems like a wimpy word for a semi-truck!

One of Anna's creative outfits. We'd been watching reruns of Project Runway.

Lexie's 6th birthday party was today. I can hardly believe she is six already. It seems like such a short time ago that Trav called me from the shop to tell me Alexis June Booth was born. During the past year, Lexie has really changed from a little girl to a girl. She has grown so tall, has lost all of her front teeth -which is totally cute!-, and is just growing up. I am excited for her to start kindergarten in a couple of weeks, but in my mind she is still about two years old.
She is so smart too. She recently wrote a story about two cats. Her book was about 15 pages and on each page she had written one or two complete thoughts (sentences without any punctuation) on it. Pretty awesome for a girl who hasn't started kindergarten yet!

I know this picture is totally blurry but I have to tell what Harper said about the jacket Lex is holding. A few weeks ago Marcia, Shawnda, Anna, Paige, Lexie, Harper, and I all went to Spokane our annual trip to the Nordstrom sale. Marcia took all the girls in a dressing room to try on some clothes she wanted to buy for them. Marcia really liked this jacket -which by the way, is totally cute! I wish I had it in my size -so she had Lexie try it on. It wasn't Lexie's favorite, but it was so cute Marcia got it anyway. Back to the birthday party...Lexie is opening her presents and when she opens this one she holds it up and Harper says, "Hey, Lex! It's that jacket you didn't like". It was hilarious!

Trav's about halfway done with harvest. The girlies and I have stayed pretty busy with a trip to the water park in Moscow, walking with the Joneses each morning, a play date in the park with a few friends, annual Farm Day with the Yingers, a trip to Spokane to replace Anna's glasses, a book club trip to Spokane, church, and school!

I start full-time school tomorrow! I am so ready. My first class is Biology and I am so thankful my sister-in-law has a Biology minor and offered to help me out!
