We had snow on November 11th.  The kids were dressed and ready to sled by 7:45 am.  They played outside in the driving snow until 10:30.  When Liam came in his cheeks were so cold they were white with a ring of pink of the edges.  It was the only part of his skin that was exposed. 

 Liam helped me make the apple pies for Thanksgiving dinner.  He's preparing the butter for the food processor by cutting off slices and then eating every other slice.

 Here's Paige making her speciality: beer bread

3 cups flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 beer

Mix together and pour into a VERY greased bread loaf pan.  Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, top with 1 T or so of butter, bake for another 20, top with more butter and cook until done.

 Paige Charlotte the newest American Girl doll.  We emptied a shelf to get ready to decorate for Christmas and Paige jumped right in the shelf.

 It's hard to get a good picture when one kid just wants to yell "BASKETBALL PLAYER!" in every picture.
