We decided, well I decided, that this should be the weekend that we finish the swing set, which was started last year, and plant some plants/flowers around the house.
Saturday morning-
Anna was playing in a laundry basket. As soon as Paige saw her, Paige wanted to get in too.
Paige "helping" plant flowers. She kept loading and unloading planters of rocks. She was absolutely filthy by the time we went inside.
Enjoying a "tang" break.
She begs me to let her cut up vegetables for dinner. Tonight, she cut up mushrooms, ham, and onions. And, she made the salad and set the table. She is begining to like to have a few responsibilites. Woohoo!!!
During dinner Trav was crunching his ice in his mouth. Paige thought this seemed like fun-she was motioning with her hand for some-so Trav gave her a few pieces. She scarfed those right down and about thirty seconds later began crying! There is one word to describe what happened to her: BRAIN-FREEZE! (maybe it's two words...)
We ended our Memorial Day weekend with a trip to Spokane to see Cara and the Yingers. We went to see the Spokane Falls-which are huge right now. And, we rode the carousel at River Front Park. We also went to the Yingers and were introduced to one of the best videogames I have ever played, Guitar Hero. If you haven't played it, don't start, it's addicting.
The only picture I got of us at Riverfront park. I got this one, albiet fantastic, picture and then the battery died on my camera.
