On June 15, 2012 Travis and I celebrated ten years of marriage. We have a tradition of trading who plans the anniversary plans for the year (thanks Shelby & Charly). We usually keep the plans a secret from the other and we've done a variety of things: BBQ at our house, Silverwood, Silver Mountain and the Hiawatha Trail, going out to dinner in Moscow/Pullman, the Davenport...Ten was supposed to be Trav's year to plan but after Lyndsey & John's wedding in September we realized that what we love doing, more than anything, is spending time with our good friends (and family). So, the idea was that we would invite all of our bridal party and get together and celebrate. We ended up hosting the celebration at our house and seven of the twelve "originals" came to Colfax for the weekend.
It's a fact that we have some of the most loyal, loving, fun, friendly, thoughtful, simply amazing friends and we are so thankful for their friendship over the years! And while all twelve people in our wedding party couldn't be here to celebrate with us, we know they were with us in spirit and we missed them greatly!
